FAQ

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) as our primary method of payment. However we also accept cash deposits, cash on delivery by arrangement. Cheque deposits are subject to a 7 day clearing period. If you have made a cheque deposit and your function is taking place in less than 7 days, we will unfortunately be unable to assist you.

For all electrical equipment including mechanical bull’s, arcade games, jukeboxes, pinball machines, portable air-con units and generators they will need to be used under a covered area at all times to avoid exposure to the elements. For a mechanical ride, should it be used outdoors, the operator will stop the ride on the first sign of rain to avoid electrocution to the rider and anyone around, he will then cover the unit until the rain has fully subsided. Should a client insist to have the equipment in the open, they will accept full responsibility for the replacement of the rain damaged items. We unfortunately do not repair any rain damaged electrical items for the safety of our clients.

Once we book out equipment for your function we turn down all other bookings for that equipment for the booked date. Should you have to cancel your booking then we will charge a non refundable fee of 50% of the quote total. If you have already paid the full amount of your quote then we will refund you the balance 50% amount.

Usually once you have booked your venue, this is the best time to book your equipment.

Once we have invoiced you, we will include our payment details for you to process a payment. Remember to use your invoice or quote reference in the payment description to help us allocate the payment efficiently. If you have however used a different reference please send us the proof of payment.

Yes we do. We deliver 7 days a week.

All products are rented as is and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are kept safe. In the event of theft, the Client is liable for the full replacement cost.

Yes we definitely are.

We can either accept a full payment or you are welcome to pay 50% deposit with the balance payable before the hire. Arrangements can be made to pay the balance on the day of rental, however setup can only start once the full amount has been settled.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Our technical support and deliveries run 7 days a week.

We cater for the whole of Gauteng as well as surrounding provinces. We are always increasing our coverage area’s so please contact us to find out if your area is covered.
